Paid digital products (including full EPUB downloads) are delivered electronically and, due to the nature of digital content, are non-refundable once delivery has occurred.
Free previews and sample materials are provided at no cost for evaluation purposes and are not subject to purchase, payment, or refund conditions.
Digital products are delivered instantly or shortly after purchase. Once access is provided, the product is considered delivered.
